Axelrod Collision Center

Got me in pretty quickly. Excellent communication. Is one of the few Tesla-preferred (and GEICO-preferred) service providers in the Cleveland area, and there's a reason why - this is a team of experts and highly trained professionals. My car looked better than new when I picked it up. They were in touch every step of the way, and managed my expectations well on the timeline. They even went the extra effort to charge my vehicle to full the morning of my pickup.

We have used Axelrod to fix my Mom's car after a fender bender, so I of course used them to have my 2 side mirrors replaced. They were so nice and easy to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure that when I came in to get the mirrors installed, I was out in time for my next appointment. Great, great people who really care about their clients!

Nothing is worse than getting into a car accident, but when it happens, dealing with great people makes all the difference. Axle Rod Collision Center turned a really rough situation into as smooth an experience as you could hope for. The staff was kind and professional from start to finish. What really stood out was the communication. They kept me updated throughout the whole process with text messages, and even when a part was delayed, they reached out to let me know. No guessing, no radio silence. The repair work itself came out great. If you ever find yourself needing collision work done, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.

Axelrod Collision did amazing job on repairing my car. They completed it a timely manner and used all OEM parts as requested. Maria was a delight to work with and help me the whole way. She absolutely wonderful and if I ever need anything fixed or worked on on any of my cars she will be the first person I would call. Thank you again to the team there

Very good customer service! Even though the insurance company deemed my car a total loss both Gill and Maria were remarkably kind and informative. I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Gill he was amazingly kind and patient also very helpful in explaining things to me ! When I picked up my belongings from the car he removed my license plate for me and they didn’t charge me anything. I definitely recommend this place for anyone going through a similar situation or needing a repair facility!
